Document Revisions

The Medical Society governing documents have not been updated for several years. President Dina Levin, MD created a committee to examine and revise the language and content.  Non-Profit lawyer, Karen Funston also provided counsel and stated that the role of Trustees and Directors have changed since the inceptions of these documents and the proper term for the purposes of the medical society, should be "directors."  These documents will be posted for a minimum of 10 days for the membership to peruse.  Once accepted (after a majority vote approves changes or calls for more revisions) these will be uploaded to the Washington Secretary of State.
